Overview
Maro Tur is a bus transport company from the Koszalin region of Poland, operating scheduled routes, charter hire, and corporate transport. They needed a unified digital platform to manage routes, fleet, drivers, tickets, and client relations — replacing a collection of spreadsheets and manual processes.
We delivered a complete logistics CRM: a Next.js web admin panel for dispatchers and admins, a public passenger-facing website with route schedules and online booking, and a cross-platform Expo mobile app for drivers and passengers. The entire system is connected through a type-safe NestJS + oRPC API with PostGIS-powered geospatial route data.
